Junior Associate
Elena deals with transactions in the renewables energy sector, with a particular focus on administrative profiles, grid connection procedures, real estate, and public incentives, providing legal support to both national and foreign investors, infrastructure funds, public authorities involved in energy project development, as well as parties to corporate transactions and project financing.
Elena provides her assistance conducting due diligence processes and issuing legal opinions related to permitting, grid connection and real estate issues related to the development, acquisition, and sale of renewable energy plants.
