Associate
Giorgio primarily deals with transactions in the renewable energy sector with a particular focus on corporate profiles, assisting Italian equity investors, investment funds and project developers in the context of M&A transactions as well as the development of energy projects. He is involved in the drafting of contractual documentation concerning share purchase agreements and project development agreements. In addition, he conducts research and participates in due diligence activities, also assisting throughout the closing and post-closing activities.
