Junior Associate
Luisa deals with transactions in the renewables energy sector with a particular focus on administrative profiles, connection proceedings, real estate, and public incentives, providing legal support to national and foreign investors, infrastructures fund, public authorities involved in energy project development, corporate transactions and financing.
Luisa provides her assistance conducting due diligence process and legal opinions related to permits, connection and real estate matters for the development and sale and acquisition of renewable energy plants. She offers comprehensive assistance throughout all project stages, from inception to closing and post-closing activities.
