Junior Associate
Margherita advises on transactions in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on M&A, corporate matters, and project contracts. She assists Italian and international companies, equity investors, banking institutions, and investment funds at all stages of acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures, as well as in the development of energy projects. Her activity includes the drafting and negotiation of project-related legal documentation. She also carries out legal research and due diligence activities.
