Niccolò primarily deals with transactions in the renewable energy and industrial sector with a particular focus on corporate profiles, providing assistance to Italian and foreign equity investors, investment funds and project developers in the context of M&A transactions as well as the development of energy projects. He is involved in the drafting of all transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and shareholders’ agreements. In addition, he conducts research and participates in due diligence activities, also assisting throughout the closing and post-closing activities.

Niccolò additionally counsels clients with respect to general corporate, commercial and day-to day operational matters, encompassing contract management and other related legal matters.
