Junior Associate
Olga assists, on a regular basis, leading Italian and foreign sponsors and financial institutions in project finance transactions, both in infrastructure and energy sectors.
Olga provides assistance in all the phases of such transactions, including due diligence activities, drafting and negotiation of financial documentation and project contracts, and assistance in pre and post-closing activities, including corporate activities.
