Riccardo focuses his practice on corporate and commercial non-contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), including disposals and acquisitions of shares and assets, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. He also provides day-to-day advisory support on the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects, having developed a strong and well-established expertise in the drafting and negotiation of a broad range of project contracts, covering not only construction and maintenance agreements for renewable energy assets but also complex revenue-related contractual arrangements encompassing, inter alia, virtual and physical PPAs and tolling/offtake agreements.
