Riccardo deals with banking and project finance transactions, with a focus on renewables and sustainable infrastructure. He provides legal assistance to Italian and foreign credit institutions, borrowers and sponsors in the negotiation and drafting of finance documents and project development agreements, as well as in research and due diligence activities.

Prior to joining Green Horse, Riccardo worked at leading international law firms in Milan.

He publishes in the field of corporate law and delivers lectures at the University of Parma.
