Sara Ludovica primarily deals with corporate and M&A transactions in the energy and industrial sectors, assisting Italian and foreign investors, investment funds and project developers in the context of acquisitions, joint ventures and the development of energy projects. She is involved in drafting and negotiating contractual documentation, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and shareholders’ agreements. In addition, she conducts research and takes part in due diligence activities, also assisting throughout the closing and post-closing stages. She also advises clients on general corporate, commercial and day-to-day operational matters, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, corporate governance and related legal issues. Before joining Green Horse Legal Advisory, she worked at an international law firm in Rome in the Corporate M&A department and gained experience at a notarial firm in the areas of M&A and Real Estate.
